🌋Volcano Mushroom Scallops

Easy recipe & and a great alternative to using actual scallops as the texture is nearly the same but still so delicious! 😋

Ingredients🍄
8 Oyster Mushrooms (Medium to large)
1 cup Konbu Dashi
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
1-2 sprigs of Parsley
Half a lemon
🌋Volcano Garlic Chili (add as much as desired)
*Optional for garlic lovers, add minced garlic after boiling away Konbu Dashi

🌋 Volcano Spaghetti 🍝

I whipped up a large meal this time because I have a big family. They loved the sauce! The spice added so much depth of flavor. Saves very well in the refrigerator 🌟

Ingredients 🥩 (Serves 8)
1lb ground beef
1 white onion
6 cloves garlic
1 (28oz) can diced tomato
1 (16oz) can tomato sauce
1 (6oz) can tomato paste
1 sprig of rosemary
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons 🌋Volcano Garlic Chili🌋

🌟After all the ingredients were put together, I simmered the sauce for about 1hr to 1hr & and 15 minutes before serving

🌋Volcano Cheese Potatoes🥔

Sooo good, I couldn't stop eating these. It's super easy and simple to make as a snack or appetizer while you're doing your main dishes! I highly recommend giving it a try and changing up your choice of potato or cheese✨️

Mini potatoes (however many you want)
🌋Volcano Garlic Chili (Mild or Spicy)
Parmesean cheese (any cheese works)
🌟I added in a little salt to the water that boiled my potatoes
